Compatible with Switch2 and Net2, the energy saving reader’s cover is designed to retain a user’s card.
When a card is placed in the reader, its presence toggles a relay that allows connected equipment to be switched on.
When removed, the relay toggles back and turns the equipment off.*
Lights and air conditioning etc. are guaranteed to switch off after use as users have to remove their proximity cards for normal access around a site.
The Energy saving reader can be used to turn on tennis court lights. When players remove their membership proximity cards these lights will turn off automatically.
